Our theme this year is Biblical Masculinity. We live in a world that desperately needs men committed to Christ and biblical principles. God's plan for men has always been humble, servant leaders, but surveying the landscape around us, our culture is full of men who are lost, without direction, stripped of their dignity and powerless against the schemes of the enemy. As the apex of biblical manhood, we first look to Jesus, and then we will take our time looking at other men through the Scriptures, identifying that which is praiseworthy and that which must be rejected as we seek to, 'Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong and let all that we do, be done in love (1 Cor. 16:13-14) 

Kick off

Come early to grab your seat, as our first session kicks off at 7pm. The first night will be a powerful time of worship and refection on the example Jesus gave us of biblical masculinity. 

Sessions and discussions

Saturday morning will have time for fellowship over donuts and coffee before two morning sessions, each diving deeper into Scriptural examples of manhood (Job and David/Solomon). These sessions will draw us into group discussion time where we can begin to settle how God is calling us to put these truths into action. After lunch we will have a final session looking at the Apostle Paul and the demand for both grace and grit, in the call to biblical manhood.
